NMEA 2026 Exhibitor Interest Form

EXHIBIT SPACE

The exhibit space will be in the Hyatt Regency’s Chesapeake Ballroom—the resort’s largest indoor space and the same venue where keynote sessions and meals will take place. The prime location will put exhibitors at the heart of the conference, offering excellent opportunities to connect with attendees. Each exhibit space includes a 6-ft table, 2 chairs, tablecloth, and Wi-Fi. Power access may be available.

While the exhibit space will be open throughout the exhibit hours listed below, please note that traffic will slow during plenary and concurrent sessions. There will be a dedicated exhibitor session on Monday to maximize engagement, and we will encourage attendees to visit the exhibits whenever they can throughout the conference. 

By completing this form you have first chance to secure a spot in our exhibit hall. Space is limited, and we must confirm with the hotel by May 8, 2026—be sure to submit your interest early to secure your spot!

EXHIBITOR OPTION FOR REGISTRATION

$100: Add-on Exhibit Table to Full or Super Full Conference Registration

  • For those registered for the full or super full conference who would also like an exhibitor table.
  • Includes only the conference-registered staff member who will staff the exhibit table.

$300: Non-Profit Exhibitor Table Only, No Conference Access

  • Non-profit exhibitors not registered for the full conference. 
  • Includes breakfast, lunch, coffee, and snacks for 1 exhibit staff on Monday & Tuesday.
  • Exhibitors’ primarily focus on marketing and promoting their offerings, resources, or opportunities.

$400: For-Profit Exhibitor Table Only, No Conference Access

  • For-profit exhibitors not registered for the full conference. 
  • Includes breakfast, lunch, coffee, and snacks for 1 exhibit staff on Monday & Tuesday.
  • For-profit are those that market their products and also sell goods or services at the conference.
  • Please consider donating an item of your choice to the silent auction.
